SHIPPING POLICY:

MICHELLERHEE.NYC offers complimentary standard shipping and returns on all orders, both domestic and international. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please note once an order is succesfully submitted it is not able to be modified. Pre-orders will be shipped upon readiness of goods; Customer will be notified upon final confirmation of shipment delivery date of orders.



RETURN POLICY:

Items purchased on MICHELLERHEE.NYC are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's original ship date. Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. Items must also be returned in original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, and bags.

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of MICHELLERHEE.NYC. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning and/or repair.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email.
